The standard we build to
This website was designed and built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. Accessibility was part of the design from the beginning rather than something added at the end.
The site has been tested against that standard by our website provider using automated checks together with manual keyboard and screen reader review. It has not been through a formal independent audit. We believe the site substantially meets Level AA, and we test again whenever significant changes are made.
Where we may fall short
Some of the forms and reference documents available for download were produced outside this office and may not work well with screen readers. If you need any document on this site in a different format, contact us and we will provide the content another way, at no charge.
